Commercial and multi-unit properties are priced separately from residential services to reflect scope, access, and responsibility.
Commercial Service Visit
$95 minimum per visit
Includes:
On-site assessment
Minor adjustments or repairs
Completion of one small task
Ability to bundle multiple items during the visit
Extended or Ongoing Work
$85–$95 per hour
(1-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute increments after)
Bundled Maintenance Visits
Ideal for handling multiple items in one trip.
$150–$225 per visit (2–3 hours)
Designed for routine maintenance and punch-list work
Ongoing Maintenance Options
